All Consultation Bookings are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By accepting the consulting quote provided by Seagram’s Systems LLC. ("Seagram AV"), Client agrees to the following:

CONSULTATION SERVICES

The Client hereby employs Seagram AV to perform the following services in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Seagram AV will consult with officers and employees of the Client concerning matters relating to audiovisual equipment recommendations.

CONSULTATION RATE AND PAYMENT TO CONSULTANT

Seagram AV will be paid at the rate set in Client's event quote based on consultation needs. 

For Remote Consultations for knowledge-based information gathering (no proposals of equipment or installation needs), the two-hour minimum is waived and will be billed starting at a minimum one (1) hour of time based on the length of the conversation, and in 15-minute increments above one (1) hour.

On-Location and Project-Based Consultations are billed at a two (2)-hour minimum and include one (1) onsite visit or virtual tour of the space in which equipment is needed, and the initial proposal of the recommended professional-grade equipment for the Client’s space. 

Payment for consultation services will be due by the due date listed on invoice(s) provided by Seagram AV.

In the event of termination of this agreement, the Client agrees to pay no less than 100% of the hours already performed (including applicable minimum charges) by Seagram AV and it's representatives within 48-hours of termination of the consultation agreement. 

NO EQUIPMENT SALES

Seagram AV does not offer equipment sales at this time. On the initial proposal, Seagram AV will give recommendations on where to purchase the recommended, professional-grade equipment, but is not a retailer.

NO EQUIPMENT WARRANTY

Any equipment recommendations proposed by Seagram AV are just recommendations and do not have to be purchased by the Client. Equipment is not sold by Seagram AV and Seagram AV does not provide warranties, service calls or guarantees of equipment.

SETUP OF EQUIPMENT

If Client chooses to hire Seagram AV to setup the recommended equipment once it has been purchased from Client’s chosen suppliers, a separate invoice for labor will be issued for the room setup and non-construction installation needs. 

CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

Seagram AV agrees that any information received by their representatives during any furtherance of their obligations in accordance with this contract, which concerns the personal, financial or other affairs of the Client will be treated by Seagram AV in full confidence and will not be revealed to any other persons, firms or organizations.

ACCEPTANCE

All signed consulting quotes are subject to these Terms and Conditions, and Client’s acceptance of any consulting quote provided by Seagram AV incorporates, by reference, these Terms and Conditions. Client’s accepted consulting quote is due by the date listed on the quote in order to secure Client’s booking. After that date, pricing and availability cannot be guaranteed.
